Altitude users can receive bank and stablecoin deposits into their Altitude workspace. Each workspace can contain multiple accounts (USD or EUR), and deposits are routed to the account whose details you share with the sender.
If you invoice your customers from Altitude, the invoice prints these same deposit details and you match the incoming payment to the invoice. See Receive invoice payments.
Bank deposits
Get paid like a local bank account. USD accounts come with US routing and account numbers for domestic transfers and, once approved, SWIFT details for international transfers. EUR accounts come with a SEPA IBAN. All bank deposits convert to stablecoins at 1:1 with zero fees: USD settles as USDC, EUR as EURC. ACH, wire and SEPA virtual accounts and their conversions are powered by Bridge, a Stripe company.
Supported deposits
Domestic USD transfers - ACH, ACH Same Day and wire.
International USD transfers - SWIFT (requires approval, see SWIFT deposits below).
EUR transfers - SEPA.
Example: A client sends $10,000 to your routing number. You receive 10,000 USDC in your Altitude account. A European client sends €5,000 via SEPA. You receive 5,000 EURC.
Eligibility
See supported countries for regional availability. SWIFT deposits also need a per-workspace approval, see SWIFT deposits below.
Find your bank details
From the dashboard or any account view, select Deposit.
Choose the account to deposit into, then select Bank transfer.
Choose the method: ACH, Wire or SWIFT for USD accounts, or SEPA for EUR accounts.
Share the details with the sender using Copy all or Email to sender.
Address deposits to your business name. SEPA and SWIFT details are issued in your legal entity's name, so senders should enter that exact name as the beneficiary. A name that doesn't match can cause the deposit to be rejected.
Bank transfer limits
For both USD & EUR bank transfers, the limits are as follows:
Your bank account – No limits
Ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) – No limits
Business payments (B2B) – No limits
Consumer payments (C2B) – No limits
Payroll platforms (Deel, Gusto, Upwork) – No limits
SWIFT deposits
Receive USD from banks outside the United States into your USD accounts via SWIFT. Deposits convert to USDC at 1:1 with zero fees.
Eligibility
SWIFT pay-ins are enabled per workspace after a compliance review. There is nothing to request. Once approved, SWIFT appears under Bank transfer in the Deposit dialog, and Settings > General lists Send and receive USD via ACH, Wire & SWIFT under Available features. While the review is in progress, Send and receive USD via SWIFT sits under Pending features.
Note: Sending and receiving via SWIFT are approved separately. If you need to receive USD via SWIFT and your workspace isn't approved yet, contact support at [email protected].
Your SWIFT details
Find them under Deposit > Bank transfer > SWIFT. Each USD account has its own set: account number, beneficiary, BIC / SWIFT code, bank name and bank address. Share them with Copy all or Email to sender.
Send USD to your business name. SWIFT deposits must arrive in USD and be addressed to your legal entity name exactly as shown. A different currency or a mismatched beneficiary name can cause the deposit to be rejected and returned to the sender.
Processing times and fees
SWIFT deposits typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days, depending on the sender's bank and the intermediary banks involved.
Altitude doesn't charge for SWIFT deposits. The sender's bank and any intermediary banks may deduct their own fees before the funds arrive, so ask the sender to cover fees on their side if you need to receive the full amount.
Stablecoin deposits
Receive USDC or EURC directly into your Altitude account.
Supported stablecoins
Altitude only accepts USDC and EURC for stablecoin deposits. USDC is supported on Solana, Ethereum, Base, Avalanche C-Chain, and Tempo. EURC is supported on Solana.
No other stablecoins are accepted. USDT, DAI, USDP, USDG, PYUSD, FDUSD, and any other token sent to an Altitude wallet address cannot be credited or recovered, regardless of network.
Note: Ethereum, Base, Avalanche C-Chain, and Tempo deposits become available after your business is verified and approved. Solana deposits work as soon as your workspace is set up.
How multichain deposits work
Altitude accounts hold balances on Solana. Deposits on Ethereum, Base, Avalanche C-Chain, and Tempo are processed by our infrastructure partner Bridge, which receives your USDC on the sending network and credits your Altitude account as USDC on Solana, 1:1 with no fees. No action is needed from you or the sender.
This is not a bridging feature. Deposit addresses on these networks are operated by Bridge and aren't linked on-chain to your Altitude account. You can't use them to move assets between networks.
Note: Because the deposit and your balance live on different networks, block explorers won't show a connection between them. Funds are credited once settlement completes, typically within 15 minutes.
Receive a stablecoin transfer
From the dashboard or any account view, select Deposit.
Choose the account to deposit into, then select Crypto.
Choose the network. Solana settles instantly. Ethereum, Base, Avalanche C-Chain, and Tempo take up to 15 minutes.
Select Show address, then copy the wallet address and share it with the sender, along with the network and asset.
Send on the correct network. The wallet address is unique per network. Funds sent on a network other than the one selected, or in any asset other than USDC (or EURC on Solana), cannot be recovered.
Generate new deposit addresses
Each account in your workspace has its own deposit details: a dedicated U.S. routing number (USD) or SEPA IBAN (EUR), SWIFT details where enabled, plus unique wallet addresses on every supported network. To generate a new set of deposit addresses, open an additional account in your workspace.
Open a new account
From the left sidebar, open Accounts, then select + Add account in the top-right.
Enter a Name for the account.
Choose a Currency – USD or EUR.
Select Create account.
The new account immediately has its own bank details and wallet addresses. Find them anytime by selecting Deposit from that account's view. Your existing accounts and their details stay active.
Note: The same deposit rules apply to every account. Wallet addresses are unique per network, and only USDC and EURC are supported (EURC on Solana).
