Add and manage payment recipients

The Recipients page lets you save payment details for the people and businesses you pay. Each recipient can be paid via bank transfer (ACH/Wire, SEPA, or SWIFT) or via crypto wallet on Solana, Ethereum, Base, Avalanche C-Chain, or Tempo.


Recipient information

Each recipient in the list displays:

  • Name - The saved name for the recipient.

  • Payment details - The number of payment accounts saved for this recipient.

  • Last paid - The date of the most recent payment to this recipient.

  • Created on - The date the recipient was added.

Click any recipient to view their saved payment accounts or to start a new payment.


Adding a recipient

To create a new recipient, click Add recipient in the top-right of the page and complete the multi-step form.

Step 1 - Recipient details

  1. Choose the Recipient type: Individual or Business.

  2. Enter the recipient's Name. This is how the recipient will appear across Altitude.

  3. (Optional) Enter an Email. If added, the recipient will receive an email notification when you send them a payment.

  4. Choose the payment Rail: ACH / Wire, SEPA, SWIFT, or Crypto.

  5. Click Next to continue.

Step 2 - Payment details

Enter the payment details for the rail you selected:

  • ACH / Wire - US bank account and routing details.

  • SEPA - IBAN and BIC.

  • SWIFT - International account number and SWIFT/BIC code.

  • Crypto - Network (Solana, Ethereum, Base, Avalanche C-Chain, or Tempo) and wallet address.

Review the details and click Add to save the recipient.

Once saved, the recipient will appear in your Recipients list and can be selected when sending a payment.

Note: Supported payment methods include ACH and domestic wire (Fedwire) for USD, SEPA for EUR, SWIFT for international bank transfers, and stablecoin transfers on Solana, Ethereum, Base, Avalanche C-Chain, and Tempo.
