If a card charge looks wrong, you can dispute it from the transaction's details.
Before you start
For an ordinary problem with a purchase, such as the wrong amount or an item you did not receive, contact the merchant first. Many issues are resolved fastest with the merchant directly. Dispute the transaction if the merchant cannot resolve it, or if you do not recognize the charge at all.
Dispute a transaction
Go to Cards, then Transactions.
Select the transaction to open its details.
Select Dispute transaction, in the bottom right of the transaction details, and follow the prompts.
What happens next
The dispute is reviewed by Altitude and its card-issuing partner. Keep any supporting information, such as receipts or merchant correspondence, in case it is needed.
Note: A third-party dispute processing fee may apply, regardless of the outcome.
If you do not recognize a charge
If you believe a charge is fraudulent, freeze the card right away to stop further spending, then dispute the transaction. See Freeze your card. If the card may be compromised, ask an admin to terminate it and issue a new one.
