Freeze your card to pause spending right away, for example if you spot a charge you do not recognize or you think the card's details may have been exposed.
Freeze your card
You can freeze your own card, and card admins can freeze any card in the workspace.
Go to Cards and select your card. The card panel opens on the right.
Select Freeze, in the row of actions beneath the card image.
Confirm by selecting Freeze card.
The card moves to Frozen and cannot be used until it is unfrozen.
Unfreeze your card
Only admins can unfreeze a card. Ask a card admin in your workspace to unfreeze it. It then returns to Active.
Note: Freezing is reversible, so it is the fastest way to pause spending while you check something. If your card may be compromised, freeze it, then ask an admin to terminate it and issue you a new one.
