A new card shows Pending setup until your details are added. Activating a card means providing that information and accepting the Authorized User Agreement.
Before you start
You will need your legal name, phone number and legal address.
Note: Enter your own details, not the company's. Cards are issued to individuals, so the name and legal address are always the cardholder's own. The address you enter becomes the card's billing address for online checkout. Your company's details were already collected when your business was verified for cards.
Activate the card
On the Cards page, open the card showing Pending setup, or select Activate your card from the prompt at the top. A card showing Pending approval cannot be activated until the card-issuing partner completes its review.
Enter your First name and Last name.
Add your Phone number and select the Country.
Enter your Legal address. Apartment, suite or floor is optional.
Add the City, select the State or Province and enter the Postal code.
Read and accept the Authorized User Agreement.
Select Activate card.
What happens next
The card moves to Active. To pay online, open the card and select Show details to see the card number. See View and use your card details. To pay in stores, add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, where available. See Add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Your card is a Visa Signature Corporate card – see how to access your Signature benefits.
Note: Most cardholders do not need to complete separate identity verification, though the card-issuing partner may request it in some cases. There is no physical card to activate.
