A card issued to you shows Pending setup until you activate it. It takes a minute: add your details and accept the agreement.
Activate your card
Go to Cards and select Activate card on your card.
Enter your name and phone number.
Enter your residential address.
Accept the Authorized User Agreement and select Activate card.
If we can't verify your address, check it for typos and try again. If it's correct, select Activate card anyway.
Use your home address. It's used to verify you as the cardholder. The billing address in your card details is set separately, and only card admins can change it.
What happens next
Activation is usually instant. Some cards need a manual review – we'll email you when yours is ready. If your card isn't available after 10 minutes, contact support.
Once it's active, select Show details to pay online, or add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to pay in stores. Your card also comes with Visa Signature Corporate benefits.
