The Altitude Card is issued as a Visa Signature Corporate card. Every card issued from June 24, 2026 comes with Signature-tier benefits – a 24/7 concierge, hotel and airport lounge perks, and purchase and rental protections – included at no extra cost.

Note: Your existing cards stay active and unchanged – cards issued before June 24, 2026 do not upgrade automatically. To get Signature benefits, issue a new card and use it for the spend you want covered. See Issue a virtual card.

Visa Benefits Portal

View your benefits, generate coverage certificates and file claims

Benefits are keyed to your card number. When a Visa site or app asks for your card details, open the card in Altitude and select Show details. See View and use your card details.


Visa Concierge

A personal-assistant service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The concierge handles travel coordination – flights, hotels, ground transport – plus dining reservations, event tickets, entertainment and hard-to-find requests.

Note: The concierge service itself is free. You pay for any bookings, purchases or reservations made through it, directly with the merchant – it's an assistant, not a credit.


Visa Luxury Hotel Collection

Book through the Collection and get a fixed set of perks at 900+ partner properties worldwide:

How to use it:

  1. Go to visaluxuryhotelcollection.com – search hotels, check availability and reserve online without prepayment – or book through Visa Concierge (1-800-396-9665 US/Canada, +1-303-967-1098 collect worldwide).

  2. Pay for the entire stay with your Altitude Card. The perks apply automatically, based on availability.

Note: The perks only apply when you book through the Visa Luxury Hotel Collection or Visa Concierge and pay with your eligible card. Booking directly with the hotel means no Collection benefits.


Airport lounge access

Your card includes access to Visa Airport Companion, Visa's lounge program – 1,200+ VIP lounges at 460+ international airports, plus in-app dining and retail offers.

Enroll once, then show a QR code at the lounge:

  1. Download the Visa Airport Companion app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Sign up and register with your Altitude Card number – eligibility is verified in real time. When the app asks for the country of the card issuer, select Puerto Rico – all Altitude Cards are issued under Visa's Puerto Rico program, regardless of where your business is based.

  3. At the airport, present the digital membership card (QR code) in the app at the lounge reception. You can pay lounge visit charges directly through the app.

Your Altitude Card is virtual, so the in-app QR code is your lounge pass – there's no physical card to carry.


Purchase protections

Pay in full with your Altitude Card and eligible purchases are covered automatically – there's nothing to opt into.

  • Purchase Protection: new purchases are covered against theft or damage for 180 days from the purchase date – up to $5,000 per event and $10,000 per account per year.

  • Extended Warranty: extends eligible manufacturer's warranties of three months to three years by up to one extra year – up to $5,000 per incident and $10,000 per year.

  • Price Protection: if the same item you bought is advertised at a lower price within 30 days of purchase (difference over $25), you can be reimbursed – up to $500 per item and $2,000 per year.

To file a claim: open a case in the Visa Benefits Portal within 30 days of the incident. Have your itemized receipt and the card statement showing the purchase; for theft, add a police report filed within 48 hours, and for damage, a repair estimate. Approved claims are typically reviewed within about 5 days of complete documentation and reimbursed about 10 days after approval.

Auto Rental Insurance

Rent a vehicle with your Altitude Card and you're covered worldwide for collision damage, theft, vandalism, accidental fire, towing, loss-of-use and the rental company's administrative fees. Covers rental periods up to 31 days, for you and any additional drivers listed on the rental agreement.

To be covered:

  1. Book and pay for the entire rental with your Altitude Card.

  2. Decline the rental company's collision damage waiver (CDW) or similar coverage at the counter – accepting theirs voids this benefit.

  3. If something happens, open a claim in the Visa Benefits Portal within 30 days of the incident. Keep the rental agreements, reservation confirmation, repair invoice and (if theft or a third party is involved) the police report.


Visa Benefits Portal and 24/7 support

The Visa Benefits Portal is your home base for benefits. Sign up with your name and email, verify your email, then add your card number to see the full benefit details for your card, chat with an agent, generate coverage certificates, and open and track claims – all 24/7. You can also manage everything from the Visa Benefits app on the App Store or Google Play.

For anything about your Altitude account or the card itself – limits, freezing, transactions, disputes – contact Altitude support as usual. For benefit claims and lounge charges, use the Visa benefits support channel – those are handled by Visa and its partners, and Altitude support can't view or refund them.


FAQ

Do my existing cards upgrade to Visa Signature Corporate?

No. Cards issued before June 24, 2026 stay active and work exactly as before, but they don't gain Signature benefits. To get the benefits, issue a new card – it will be a Visa Signature Corporate card automatically.

Do I need to replace all my cards?

No. Your existing cards keep working. Issue a new Signature card for the spend where you want the benefits – for example, a card used for travel – and move at your own pace.

How do I know if a card is a Signature card?

Any card issued from June 24, 2026 is a Visa Signature Corporate card.

Is there a fee for these benefits?

No. The benefits are included with the card. You only pay for what you actually book or buy – for example, through the concierge or the hotel collection.

A Visa app or site asks for my card issuer's country – what do I select?

Select Puerto Rico. Altitude Cards are issued under Visa's Puerto Rico program, so choose Puerto Rico wherever a Visa service asks for the card issuer's country (for example, in the Visa Airport Companion app). Your business's own country doesn't affect this.

Who provides these benefits?

Visa and its partners and insurers, not Altitude. Coverage, limits and exclusions are governed by Visa's terms for your card, and benefits may change. Full details: visa.com/benefitsportal.

Are there places where benefits don't apply?

Benefits and coverage do not apply in sanctioned countries and regions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela and Crimea).
