You can add your virtual Altitude Card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to tap and pay in stores.
Before you start
Your card must be active.
Find the card's number, expiry date and security code in Altitude. See View and use your card details.
Your phone and region must support Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Add the card
Open Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android.
Add a new card. Both wallets first offer to scan a physical card. Altitude Card is virtual, so select Enter Card Details Manually on Apple or Enter details manually on Google.
Enter the card number, expiry date and security code shown in Altitude.
Verify the card when prompted. A verification code is sent by text or email.
Once verified, the card is ready to tap and pay where the wallet is accepted.
For step-by-step visuals on your device, see Apple's Set up Apple Pay guide for iPhone or Google's Add a debit or credit card to Google Wallet guide for Android.
If you are unable to add your card
Enter the card details exactly as shown in Altitude. A single wrong digit or extra space will fail.
Check that the card is active and not frozen.
Complete the verification step. The card is not added until you enter the code.
Confirm the wallet is supported in your country. See Apple's supported countries and regions or Google's supported payment methods.
For device-specific help, see Apple's If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet or Google's Fix problems with tap to pay.
Note: Altitude is web only. You add the card from your phone's wallet app, not from the Altitude interface.
