Add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Tap and pay in stores with your virtual card

Add your Altitude Card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to tap and pay in stores. You add it from your phone's wallet app using your card details.

Add your card

  1. In Altitude, open your card and select Show details.

  2. Open Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your phone and add a new card.

  3. Choose to enter the details manually, then type in the card number, expiry date and security code.

  4. Complete any verification the wallet asks for.

The wallet goes by your home address. It uses the residential address you entered when you activated your card, so that address needs to be in a country the wallet supports. If you entered a company address by mistake, contact support to update it.

If your card won't add

  • Check the details match Altitude exactly – one wrong digit fails.

  • Make sure the card is active and not frozen.

  • Check the wallet works in your country: Apple or Google.
