Cards spend from a dedicated card account held in USDC. Add funds with a Deposit from another account in your workspace, then move unused funds back with a Withdraw. You can deposit from the Set up Cards checklist when you first set up cards, or anytime from the card Transactions page.
Check your card account balance
On the Cards page, go to Transactions. The top of the page shows your Total balance on the left and Spent this month on the right. Select the info icon next to Total balance to see the breakdown:
Available: what your cards can spend right now.
Processing: funds held by pending authorizations that have not settled yet.
Total: your full card account balance (Available plus Processing).
Add funds
On the card Transactions page, select Deposit in the top right.
Under From, choose the account to fund from.
Enter an Amount, or select Max.
Select Propose.
Withdraw funds
On the card Transactions page, select Withdraw in the top right.
Under To, choose the account to send funds to.
Enter an Amount, or select Max.
Select Propose.
What happens next
Deposits and withdrawals are proposed first, then approved and executed according to your workspace's approval settings. A Pending Cards proposal banner appears at the top of the Transactions page while a proposal waits for review. Once complete, the card account balance updates and the movement appears in your card transactions as a Deposit or Withdraw.
Note: Cards spend in USD. Your available balance can be lower than your total balance while card authorizations are processing. See Track card transactions.
