Overview
Altitude gives you a few ways to handle accounting and reporting, so you can pick whatever fits how you keep your books:
Altitude Accounting - Sync transactions directly to QuickBooks, no exports needed
Traditional accounting - Export a QuickBooks-compatible CSV or a PDF statement
Crypto tax software - Connect your addresses to tools like Awaken or Integral
Solana explorers - Look up any transaction on a block explorer
Altitude Accounting
Altitude Accounting syncs your Altitude account directly with QuickBooks Online. Every settled transaction lands on the Accounting page ready for review – you confirm the category it belongs to, select Sync, and it's written to your books. No more exporting CSVs.
To get started, navigate to Accounting in the sidebar and connect QuickBooks. See Altitude Accounting for the full guide.
Export transactions
You can export your inflows and outflows as a CSV file or a PDF statement. It's the same few steps either way: just pick a format and choose how much to include.
Go to the Transactions page
Select Export in the top right
Pick a Format: CSV or PDF
Choose a Period: This month, Last month, This quarter, Last quarter, Year to date, or a custom range
Choose an Account: all accounts, or just one
Choose a Counterparty: all counterparties, or just one
Select Export, and Altitude emails the file to you within minutes
CSV
Best for traditional accounting. It's QuickBooks-compatible and includes payment type (stablecoin, on-ramp, off-ramp), transaction type, amounts, running balance, and more.
PDF statement
A clean, per-account statement that's handy for bookkeeping, audits, or sharing with your accountant. Each one includes:
Account details (name, address, chain, and token)
A summary with opening balance, closing balance, total inflows, and total outflows
The full transaction history, with dates, descriptions, inflow/outflow amounts, and running balance
Crypto Tax Software
Connect your Altitude addresses to crypto tax software like Awaken, Integral, or similar tools, and let it do the tracking for you:
Copy your stablecoin deposit addresses from Altitude
Add them to your crypto tax tool of choice
From there, it tracks all your stablecoin flows for tax reporting automatically
